LOG 03TESTIMONY

Villager Codex

Every villager's tells, alibi ratings, and who agreed not to speak.

Roster and testimony patterns from the launch build. The village reshuffles presence per night, but each villager's tells are fixed. Alibi ratings are ours. [RECON] = single-run read.

The Village Head

AuthorityNight 1

The only source of official wording. Always half a notch more dignified than fact.

Every night-one line survives replay — until night four, when he quotes himself with three words changed. The community calls him "the living errata."

Bu Sari, the Widow

WitnessNight 2

The first to lean in with "I saw something." Richest detail, impossible timeline.

[RECON] Her timeline slips aren't lies — they're fear. On night five her testimony is the most reliable skeleton.

Pak Darto, the Other Guard

ColleagueNight 2

Toro's predecessor; knows every old rule of the route. Stops answering the radio after night three.

His radio silence is one of the story's loudest silences — not harm, knowledge. The silence itself is evidence.

The Youth Group

PressureNight 3

The kids at the village mouth. Nightly arc: curious → hostile → menacing.

Their hostility is pressure design, not clue — but on night three one face is missing from the crowd, and that face is the clue.

The Truck Driver

KeyNight 3

The vehicle-stop centerpiece. Night-one plates don't match night-four plates.

The plate mismatch is hard evidence — the notebook logs it automatically. His unloading point is marked "padi warehouse" on the maps page.

The Old Imam

TruthNight 4

The mosque elder. Speaks once, night four only, only to those who arrive with a complete notebook.

[RECON] His words are the truth-page key — with no hint that the notebook must be complete first. The true ending's invisible gate.

Cahyadi

MissingNight 5

The case's center. Young, vanished without a trace. You'll "meet" him night five — in which manner depends on the previous four.

His room has a wall of bus tickets. Who went where — the wall knows. Details on the truth page.
